Hey there! It's Friday - what could be better? (A summer Friday, yes, but I won't be greedy.) Did you make it out to the CHA tradeshow this past week? I lived vicariously through the Paper Crafts magazine crew who was updating their Facebook page regularly and checking out everyone's awesome photos from the show floor. I've never been to the show, but I desperately want to and I WILL make it happen sometime. Winter 2013? It's a date.
So this little card I made looked a lot better in my head than the final product, but I still like it. It gets the simple, but cheerful thought across and that's really what I was going for.
Cardstock: Bazzill Basics Paper
Buttons: Papertrey Ink
Clear stamp: The Girls' Paperie
Twine: The Twinery
I used to despise the one rounded corner look (it just irked me), but now all of a sudden, I think it's the best thing that ever happened. Who knows why. Haha But, I do like how it can take a somewhat symmetrical design and skew it just a little bit to draw the eye to the corner. Without it, this card just looked a little too linear. Have you ever rocked the one rounded corner? If not, give a whirl. It turned me into a believer. :)
Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope you have a great day!
